General Terms and Conditions:
We need your help to keep the Movember site safe and so would ask that all Mo Bros, Sistas and their supporters, commit to the following:
1. You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access Movember, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers)
2. You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, via Movember.com
3. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code
4. You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else
5. You will not bully, intimidate or harass anyone
6. You will not post content that is offensive, hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence
7. You will not use the Movember site to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory
8. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement
Gala Parté Tickets:
Patrons of the Movember Gala Parté (event) agree to the following terms and conditions of ticket purchase and entry:1. The right of admission is reserved.
2. Patrons must be over 18 years of age to attend the event. A valid photo ID (a current Australian drivers licence, passport or proof of age card) is required.
3. Patrons attending the event do so at their own risk.
4. To the extent permitted by the law, Movember (including its directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and volunteers) or the venue shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, liability or injury patrons may suffer in relation to their attendance at the event howsoever caused, including due to any negligence or other act or omission of Movember.
5. Patrons must obey all signs, notices and directions given by Movember or the venue.
6. Patrons agree to compensate for any damage, loss, liability or injury that Movember or the venue may suffer as a result of their willful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at the event.
7. Movember reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute any advertised or promoted entertainment and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues and audience capacity.
8. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from, or issued by, Movember or an authorised point of sale.
9. Alcohol, animals (except official guide dogs), glass, illegal substances or anything Movember considers dangerous or inappropriate are not permitted.
10. Patrons and/or their possessions may be inspected on entry by security staff.
11. Excessive drinkers, illegal drug users or patrons displaying antisocial behaviour will be evicted and may be dealt with by police.
12. Activities such as moshing, crowd surfing, climbing and stage diving are dangerous and may lead to eviction from the event. Movember accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities.
13. All patrons consent to any official filming & sound recording.
14. Tickets are not refundable in any circumstances, except if the entire event is cancelled which is at Movember's sole discretion.
15. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
16. There will be no pass-outs.
17. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions), either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
18. The Movember Website Terms of Use and the Movember Privacy Policy are incorporated into these terms and conditions.

Any legal issues arising out of the use of this Website will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and by using this web site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.Movember $50 competition
1. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The competition promotion period commences at 9am on Sunday 1 November, 2009 and concludes at 9am on Thursday 10 December, 2009 (EST).
3. Entry is open to Movember ‘Mo Bros and Sistas’ who raise more than $50 for Movember and are aged over 18 years.
4. There is one method for entering this competition. Mo Bros and Sistas who raise more than $50 for Movember and are aged over 18 years are automatically entered into the competition and notified of this by Movember via email.
5. There is a limit of one entry per Mo Bro and Sista.
6. Employees, officers, agents and suppliers of and advisors to The Movember Foundation and nib health funds limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
7. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid. Movember reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
8. One winner will be drawn for the prize.
9. The winner will be determined by a random draw of valid competition entrants. This will take place at 9.00am on Thursday 10 December, 2009. The draw will be conducted at the premises of The Movember Foundation’s head office at 117 Green St, Richmond VIC 3121.
10. There is one prize package to give away. The total value is up to $22,615. The prize package includes:
• 2 x Category 1 tickets to the 2010 Harvey Norman State of Origin Game 1 at ANZ Stadium in Sydney on Wednesday 26 May, 2010 (Value: $270)
• 2 x Category 1 tickets to the 2010 Harvey Norman State of Origin Game 2 at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Wednesday 16 June, 2010 (Value: $232)
• 2 x Category 1 tickets to the 2010 Harvey Norman State of Origin Game 1 at ANZ Stadium in Sydney on Wednesday 7 July, 2010 (Value: $270)

11. For Game 1 the winner must be available to travel between 26 May 2010 and 27 May 2010. For Game 2 the winner must be available to travel between 16 June 2010 and 17 June 2010. For Game 3 the winner must be available to travel between 7 July 2010 and 8 July 2010. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the stipulated time by the promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited and cash or product will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
12. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other products and is not transferable. The prize does not include transfers, meals or spending money. These and any other additional costs associated with claiming or redeeming the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
13. The winner will be notified by telephone on Friday 11 December, 2009. This will be confirmed in writing and the prize will be delivered by Friday 30 April, 2010. The name and suburb of the winner will be published on the website www.movember.com.au by Monday 14 December, 2009.
14. The promoter’s decision as to the selection of the winner is final and not subject to negotiation. The prize can only be claimed by verbal or written acceptance by the winner.
15. If the prize is not claimed by Thursday 17 December, 2009 a second chance draw will take place at 11am on Friday 18 December, 2009. The second chance draw (if it occurs) will take place at the premises of The Movember Foundation’s head office at 117 Green St, Richmond VIC 3121, and the winner notified on Monday 21 December, 2009 in the same manner as set out in condition 13.
16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of god or nature, civil unrest, strikes or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which in the promoter’s opinion potentially or actually corrupt or adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then subject to any compulsory law to the contrary the promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion.
17. The prize value is in Australian dollars.
18. The promoter and its related entities are not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) nor for any personal injury sustained in connection with the promotion or the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Entrants participate in the promotion at their own risk.
19. All entries become the property of Movember. All information contained in the entries and details of the winner will be held in accordance with the Movember Privacy Policy, which can be accessed by visiting www.movember.com
20. Any request to access, update or correct any information about the promotion should be directed to the promoter.
